***The A in J Fortune Refund/Money Back Policy
***The A in J Fortune 8 day and 15 day course program & costs
***The A in J Fortune signed agreement (this paper)

indemnify (hold harmless) A in J Fortune, its president/owner, company staff
employees and the Syracuse, New York, homestay family
from ANY liability (accidental injury, sickness, death, theft and/or damage to luggage,
etc., ANY liability whatsoever) while I ,__________________(the student/client) am in the U.S.A. and also while physically present in the homestay family home in Syracuse, New York.

By signing my name in each of the blank spaces above and below and dating this agreement; SIGNIFIES that I,________________(the student/client) will adhere
to(fully understand) the stated arrangements and will COMPLETELY INDEMNIFY
A in J Fortune and the homestay family of any unforeseen mishap/ problem while I am engaged on the 8 day or 15 day homestay course program in Syracuse, New York, U.S.A.

責任を自分自身で負うものとし、A in J Fortuneの代表者、スタッフ及び
New York州、 Syracuse市のホームステイ先には事故、けが、病気、死亡、荷物の盗難及び損害など、あらゆる責任賠償を，一切、法的に負わせないことを誓約いたします。
私、＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿（顧客名）が、U.S.A.滞在中、及び New York 州、Syracuse市のホストファミリー宅に滞在中も、上記と同様に、あらゆる責任を自分自身で負うことを誓約いたします。

この誓約書に日付入りで署名することは、

を行う期間中、事前に予知できないあらゆる事故、問題などが生じた場合にA in J Fortune
の代表者、スタッフ及びホストファミリーには、一切の責任を負わせないことを承諾した上で、これに従うことを意味するものであります。
