A in J FORTUNE will arrange/plan 8 day or 15 day homestay programs between a Japanese national and the homestay family in Syracuse, New York, U.S.A.
Students must “book” (reserve) their homestays at least 31 days or more in advance. Also, complete/full payment must be paid to A in J FORTUNE by Paypal, bank transfer or in cash 31 days or more before departure. .
At the time of the Homestay Registration/ Application a \10.000 Non-Refundable Fee must be paid by the student/client.
At the time of the Homestay "booking" (reservation of homestay), a \10.000 Non-Refundable Fee must be paid by the student/client.
The student/client is required to arrive at the Syracuse Airport on the same day as the scheduled (reserved) 1st day of the homestay program.
The student/client is required to leave/depart from the Syracuse, New York, homestay family house on:

the 9th day after breakfast (8 day course program). |
the 16th day after breakfast ( 15 day course program). |

No smoking is permitted/allowed at the Syracuse, New York, homestay family home. |

REFUND (MONEY BACK) POLICY
Important: The registration/application fee and the homestay booking/ reservation fee are NON-REFUNDABLE (no money back). If the student/client cancels 31 days or more before the first day of the scheduled homestay (for either the 8 day or 15 day course), A in J FORTUNE will refund ALL of the money paid by the student/client.If the student/client cancels between 15〜30 days before the first day of the scheduled homestay(for either the 8 day or 15 day course), A in J FORTUNE will refund 20% of the money paid by the student/client.If the student/client cancels between 1 day to 14 days(2 weeks) before the first day of the scheduled homestay(for either the 8 day or 15 day course), A in J FORTUNE will not refund any of the money paid by the student/client.
If A in J FORTUNE or the Syracuse, New York homestay family cancel the student/client’s reserved/scheduled homestay course for any reason, A in J FORTUNE will refund ALL of the money paid by the student/client.
